About Lisa

In 1993, at the age of 13, Lisa moved to Edmonton with her family from a small town east of Edmonton, Mundare. Over the years she lived throughout the city and in the surrounding areas, St. Albert & Sherwood Park.

In her early twenties, Lisa discovered a passion for real estate and immediately saw the value & benefits of homeownership where she purchased her first property, a fixer upper in 2005. Through her experiences with purchasing and selling, she decided to become a REALTOR® and in 2007 she joined a small, independent brokerage where she gained valuable knowledge and insights through the challenging markets of 2008 & 2009, and established her business as a successful agent & team member. In 2009, Lisa switched to RE/MAX Real Estate and worked her way to becoming one of the top agents in her office. In 2015, Lisa married her husband, Serge Gagnon, who in 2018 became a REALTOR® himself. In 2016, they welcomed a little girl & in 2017, a boy. With a busy work schedule & family life, Lisa decided to move to Schmidt Realty Group in January of 2019, a smaller, locally owned brokerage that aligned with her values, experience & passion for the industry.

Lisa’s direct approach, personable nature and sense of humour create a comfortable experience for clients, while providing professional and solid advice. She holds the best interests of her clients of the utmost importance and has a passion for helping people navigate the world of real estate with education & information.

When there is spare time, Lisa loves to travel, go camping, relaxing, spending time with her friends and family. She has a passion for horses, is a sucker for most animals, loves renovating properties and seeing the potential that they have, and at the end of the day her children & the time she has with them means the world to her.
