Here is your weekly update for the real estate market in Edmonton and the surrounding areas.  This includes the sales, average residential sale price and active listings so far for the month of December.  

You can see that from November to December, we have lost 459 properties on the market and we will likely see a steady drop of active listings as we move in to the holiday season.   

Following is a chart that shows the month to date activity in greater detail, along with a breakdown of sales based on the prices they occurred in.
